Finally, if you are using Microsoft Windows 95 and higher, hold down the ALT key on your keyboard and type in the four digit Win95 value on your numeric keypad and then let go of the ALT key. You must use the numeric keypad and not the normal number keys above the QWERTY portion of your keyboard. For example, to create a Cedilla C, hold down the ALT key, enter the digits 0199 on the numeric keypad and then let go of the ALT key.
