How to Enable an Account

When you enable a Classification Web account, a password will be generated for this account and an email message will be sent to all contacts for this account with their acount information and new password. You can only enable an account that does not already have a password.  To generate a new password for an account that already has a password, either disable the account or edit it to remove the password.  Then enable the account.

To enable an account, click on the Search for an Active or Expired Account link on the Account Management Menu and locate the account you want to cancel.  For more information on searching for an account, click here.

Once you have located the account you want to disable, either click on the Enable link or click on the user name to display  the entire account record and then click on the Enable button.  A confirmation page will be displayed with the account user name and a description of what will occur.
