To renew an existing subscription, click on the
Search for an Active or Expired Account
link on the Account
Management Menu and locate the account you want to renew. For
more information on searching for an account, click here.
Once you have located the account you want to renew, either click on
the Renew link or click on the user name to display the entire account
record and then click on the Renew button. Review the account
information for this client before clicking on the
Save button to
complete the renewal for this subscription. A complete description
of all of the account management fields can be found here.
The subscription start and expiration dates will have already been calculated
and should not be changed unless necessary. The start date does not change
from year to year and reflects when this account was first activated. If
the account has not expired in the past thirty days, one year is added
to the previous expiration date. Otherwise, a new expiration date is generated
that is one year from yesterday.
If the account does not have a password, one will be generated when
you save this record. If the account has any email addresses, the
new account information will sent to each email address.
If you change your mind, you can cancel the renewal of this account
by clicking on the Cancel button. If you decide to cancel,
do not use your browser's "Back" button or close the account editing window.
Keep in mind that if you don't interact with this system for a period of
two hours, the server will terminate your session. If this happens
while you are renewing an account record, you will not be able to save
the record and you will have to re-enter the changes again.
