I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question. If I search the number N6797 in LC Subject Heading & LC Classification Number Correlations, Class Web does retrieve it, so I'm not sure what you mean when you say the number "does not appear." Please provide a more detailed description of the search that you are doing.

When searching N6797 in the LC Subject Heading & LC Classification
Number Correlations, this number, (along with an additional range of
numbers), does not appear. Yet when searching it in the Hierarchy
Classification Browser it does appear to be valid. Caption is: Visual
arts <JavaScript:top.GoTo('up',
'&span=n6797&max=0&key=_00N6501_00N7414_009_00', null)>--History
'&span=n6797&max=1&key=_00N6501_00N7414_009_00', null)>--Special regions
or countries <JavaScript:top.GoTo('up',
'&span=n6797&max=2&key=_00N6501_00N7414_009_00', null)>--Europe
null)>--Great Britain. England <JavaScript:top.GoTo('up',
null)>--Special artists, A-Z

Is this a coding problem?
